The Finance manager ,the key role in every business to be performed effectively on which the whole success and growth of an company rely. The finance manager will be responsible for identifying the available resource and to spend on it to generate the profitability to an organisation. The authority on usage and spending of money for the benefits of the organisation, through which it benefits the organisation to perform better and to accelerate the growth of an organisation. The Mobilisation of Financial resource is one key role to be performed and even better utilisation of those is the key objective . The finance manager even though he/she doesn’t involve in the activities of every department , but the performance of every department is governed and lead by Finance manager. It is the obligation of Finance manager to make sure that every departments in the organisation have a sufficient resources to work , and make sure the availability of sufficient funds in order to procure and utilize the required resources in an organisation. Finance manager even though he is not into the marketing department ,his involvement and decisions are required sufficiently to ensure the effective pricing strategy in the organisation. Finance manager even though he is not into Human resource department, his involvement in making the major decisions of is required. Finance manager even though he’s not liable to the procurement of other resources like raw materials , the procurement department has to take sufficient feedback with finance manager to make sure the availability of financial resources to procure the other required resources. Finance manager performs the key role by making the required decisions on Investment portfolio., on which the entire performance of the organisation, from the point of start up to wind up. And thus the Finance finance manager role in the organisation has been spread to all the areas from which he can make sure the performance of the company. It is the obligation of finance manager to make sure ,the resources in the organisation are better utilised and performed towards the productivity of an organisation. Higher the effectiveness and performance of finance manager will lead to higher the productivity, higher the profitability and higher the growth of an organisation. Thus the Role of Finance manager is not confined to Finance department only, rather it is an widespread on which Entire organisation rely., to work better and reach the objectives .
